Student Retention Program

Sometimes simple ideas can make big waves. When student retention was beginning to rise I was tasked to find some new way to keep kids in school. After some simple meetings it became very obvious how to help these kids and keep them in school. It really comes down to an awareness campaign that lets students know that the student services department is there to help. By bring common concerns to light around the campuses and driving people to just talk with the student services department retention has been making a steady increase ever since.
